I hate drunk drivers. It figures that the suspect was driving a pickup, everytime I have had problems with drivers, they have driven pickups, probably from the local trailer park. RIP Denny.:(

He will be charged with negligent homocide!
If you know it is against the law to drive drunk and you still do it then you should be charged with murder if you kill someone while under the influence.
