Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Blanking on the name of a bike part thing.

This has been bothering me all day. I cant remember the name of those foam things that go on the top tubes of bikes. My buddy has one and I need one now to protect the paint on my SS. I just cant remember the name of them! Somebody please help me by pointing out the obvious and name this thing! I feel like such an idiot.......

Just use handlebar tape or strip an old inner tube.

that's more of a bike accessory than a bike part. oh, wait...you're in portland. yeah, guess you gotta have one.

edit: not so much snarkiness to you personally as just...well, portland's no san francisco, but fashion's pretty high up on the list for a lot of people here. i occasionally rock a top tube cover when i switch out bars; i sort of try to fool myself into feeling like i have a new bike now and then.
