I see more and more of these huge BMX bikes/small mt bikes, or what ever you want to call em!! They're basicly big BMX bikes, w/ no suspension, 24-25 inch tires, 1 or 5 gears, and are used for down hill, or reg MT biking. I think they look so cool. They go back to a time when MT bikes were simple, IMO. They're also very affordable, which is lacking in todays bike market.

I am a convert from big complicated bikes with many gears to simple tough single speed bmx and hybrid. The best hybrid bikes are the specialized P1 (SS) and P2 (Gears). They feel like a motorcycle with 2.3" tires. I also got a spec 415 bmx to keep in the car to ride during breaks at long days at work.
