Ah, thanks Brandy. I've done a few Saturday rides with them but I didnt know they had rides everymorning!

Hi guys,
My work schedule has changed and I will have the mornings off, meaning no more spinning away in the garage after work. I want to mix in some group rides to pep up my training schedule, so I was wondering if there are weekday morning rides going on around Seal or Long Beach area. I live in Los Alamitos but its a short ride down to Seal Beach. Thanks a bunch.

My club, Lightning Velo, has a Tuesday ride that leaves the library at El Dorado Park (Studebaker just south of Spring) at 8:15 am. There is also a Thursday ride from the same location that I believe starts at 7:30 am, but may start later at this time of year.

The Tuesday ride goes to the restrooms just south of the Santa Ana River overpass on PCH. The Thursday ride generally goes south to Jamboree and back.
