I have a doctor's appointment late wednesday afternoon in Century City/West LA, and a milonga I could go to in Culver City later that night.

However, that leaves 4 hours kicking around West LA with NOTHING to do except hang out in that stupid Century City Mall. So, that got me thinking. Is there anybody on BF in that area that might like to do a "twilight ride," like around 5:30, 5:45, who wouldn't mind having a real chatterbox for company, and who knows the good places to ride?

Otherwise, I have to go back home, and come back for the milonga. Only, I probably wouldn't, which would mean that cute guy at the milonga will be AWFULLY disappointed!!

I live in Culver City, but I'm down with a cold right now. And I supposed to ride to westwood this evening actually, to meet with my study group, but I feel like crap right now.

Sorry I can't make it VP, but there will be a free seminar on that night in Santa Monica, if you're interested. This info came via the LA Tri Club, but I believ it is free to non-members, as well.

Thanks for the info! Since my milonga doesn't start until 9:30, that just might work out.

VP - If you're not already familiar with them, you may also want to visit Helen's Cycles and Cynergy Cycles in Santa Monica. They're only a block or two away from each other and it's easy to kill time there. :D

Ach!! But they sound suspiciously like places where you can SPEND MONEY!! I have no willpower or self-control whatsoever!! Especially if I find myself in a XXX bike shop!!
