Australian Time Trial Association

http://www.atta.asn.au/ have started a series in Victoria!

Calendar and more details listed on their site!

Given the lack of TT's in the state, having this series is brilliant and deserves support!!

Did you do the last one Dalai? The Steels Creek TT course will keep the punters honest. :)

No unfortunately I didn't at Diggers Rest, nor will make this one. I've been injured so can't race at the moment.

But I do want to hopefully get back to racing by the middle of the year and therefore plug the races so that the association succeeds and the races continue!

Are you racing these Wichemy? Steels creek course is said to be undulating, is this an understatement?

Me...race a TT?? But I wouldn't be allowed to sit on a wheel all the way...Oh the pain... I'll need to get a bit fitter before I put my name down for some time in the hurtbox! :D

Steels Creek Rd is the course that Blackburn CC use for their club TT champs. Undulating probably the right is the right word to describe it though....Check their website in the Results section if you are interested in what sort of times people do.

I reckon the ATTA series has some merit, especially for punters who don't want to mix it in a bunch race first up. They might get the taste for racing a bit more & decide they want to do a proper RR then.
Also I would expect a TT series should appeal to Triathletes - gives them something to do in winter.

I've raced road but primarily race Triathlons and Duathlons and prefer the TT to Crit's and road. Up until now the TT isn't really regularly catered for...

So keen on seeing how I can go without swimming or running getting in the way! :)

Thanks for the tip about the times posted as part of the Blackburn CC ITT. Impressive 1 in 20 times posted there also!!
