heya'll...
out riding a quick after work 17 miler last night, and on the last mile or so, I have to go up a nasty hill, that starts at about 6% and ends up with a 1/4 mile 10% killer to get to my house... I'm pretty sure it was frame flex, but I couldn;t be sure, as I haven;t felt anyting like it before.. as I was grinding up the last part, standing up in my second lowest gear, it felt like my tires were low on pressure... they kinda got squishy, I guess that's the only way to say it... I checked pressure about 5 minutes later in my garage, and that was all good... was it frame flex ? does this feeling sound familiar to you ?
BTW... it was on my ancient Centurion Lemans 6 speed, with Tange Steel :-)
Lemme know what ya think ?
