Bicycle Mechanics - Brooks Saddles

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

What is your favorite model and why?

B17 CHAMPION
It fits my cute butt:D
in other words it is slightly wider than the average saddle...and I am slightly wider than the average rider:rolleyes:
B-17. Because that's what I got. It's the only model I've ridden and it rides great.
Swift. It is light, with titanium rails and very comfortable after it is broken-in. It really becomes yours.
How can I know which is my favorite Brooks? I could only afford to use one and that's the Swift with the TI rails! and like Comph said, it is a very comfortable saddle. All Brooks saddles should be good though, they conform to your butt-not the other way around. Imagine having your feet conform to your shoes? OUCH!!!
Well, I own a B17N, a B66, a B72, and a Team Professional. The Team Pro is my favourite.

I am just about to put on my second Team Pro-this one on a fixed. Am going to compare it to the Specialized Comp on the other bike, will post in June.
My first carried me to Mexico and back from Canada, and my buddy eventually started cutting holes in his cheaper saddle just to make it through another day on the road.

I have a B17N and a Team Pro on my bikes and right now I'm voting Team Pro. But this is Brooks we're talking about so my mind could change... ask me in 10,000 miles.
It's the Team Pro for me.
My all-time favourite saddle is the 30-year-old, 45K mi/70K km Brooks Pro that now graces my Capo. The similar-vintage Brooks Competition on my PKN-10 is almost as comfortable, but I dislike the look of the small rivets and the fact that they can snag one's clothing.
