Not the size or the style, I tried to pick out all of the most popular opinions....I agree with Ryand that an internet bikegeek color is a great idea, along with the 3rensho color....

Primer grey isn't a colour. If you want a bike thats primer grey, sand it and use primer. Thats why its called primer grey.

Also, the fork should be coloured "bondo".

I'm all for primer grey, best color ever! that or matte black, but i already have a matte black bike so Primer it is.

I know this is hard to believe, but I spent a long time creating this thread, about 1/2 hour. That's a long time for a thread.
By the time I posted the poll section, I already had negative comments. I appreciate your positive feedback.
I guess I am just a "graph" type of guy. Really I would go for any distinctive color. but neon green is my fav.

this thread makes perfect sense, all it needs is some sort of time shut off, like, tomorrow at midnight or something, that way it just becomes so, and is no longer an issue. if people don't like the out come, then they don't get their most desired color... Wah Wah.

I think that ended a long time ago. Its hard to keep up for sure. To choose a new color there must be a run of 25 at least. I think.

a few colors is gonna be really hard, to have 3 different colors we would need 75 buyers, and just to get out of this standstill we are going majority rules.

Yes it is possible to have a different color for the mark V but we dont have enough people to even mix and match yet, and to simplify things it seems one color for all is right ,I am thinking that some of the people who vote for the winning color will have asked for a mark V so it is more of a common consensus then angus and mark V being seperated

We can always have another "pole" to narrow it down. And include olive drab. I tried my best, and poll options were limited to 10.

I kinda think on a non lugged bike it might just look like a fuji , winsor, or motobecane.
I think a simpler color on a simple frame works better................

I voted for a color but didn't say I was in, since the color may very well determine whether or not I get one (for instance, I'm not going to get a white, non-lugged bike (again)).

same here. i'll likely be in a getting one, but have no interest in being a part of this free for all craziness. if it turns out you're ordering something i want, i'll throw in.

BTW, anyone have a link to what "reflective black" looks like on a bike? Or an anecdotal story? I'm not in, just curious. I'll have to have a reflective black bike sometime if it's any good.

If after all the votes are tallied, and we could get a SR blue Angus, I'm still in. Reflective black would still be sick.

If it's only Mark Vs, though, I have to fold.

There is a clearcoat that has flake in it, so if Tony can't get metallic flake in the paint, you can go to your LAPS (Local Auto Part Store) and buy it. I'll ask baldylocks what its called if you guys are interested.

for me the bare metal goes nicely with my intentions to really abuse the frame for all it's worth

and if I feel so inclined, a poorly done rattle can job just to give it that extra touch of, "hey, I paid less than a bill for this ride"

I posted in the other thread, that we have(then) 25 people who vote for Bare Metal and coated. It was understood that if 25 people voted on a particular color, it would be run. As of now, there are 27 who wanted BMC. If we can get all of them to commit, we got it!

so I got some more info and here it is

-mix and match but no less than 25 of one frame ,
-custom color is a go, but only one color(could be different colors on the mark Vs and anguses if we wanted to but not a custom color for each person)
-standard shipping(which is a very good thing) about $30 to the west coast and like 18 to the east

it was not understood, it was speculated. by someone who had not spoken with tony. tony's words were 1 color per frame. i'm pulling for bare metal as well, but if it does not win i will accept that.
