i can bunny hop now. to do a tailwhip, how do u balance on the handlebars with your hands and then get your back feet into the air? do you need to go off a transition to do it? and how do you get the frame spinning? thanks.

Ehh, i wouldnt start trying to learn tailwhips learn something easier. Tailwhips are for people who have been riding for a long time!
