I was wondering if anyone here can tell me if this seatpost could be used to gain a more forward seat position. It looks like it's intended to be used with the seat pointing away from the direction of the adjustable support, however I wonder if you can just flip your seat to get a more forward position?
Here's the seat

Not really as much as this one.

If you aren't able to get ahold of the Profile Seatpost that rplong showed, you may be able to use the Race Face seatpost. However, before you go and buy it, check on the range of seat angles that it can be adjusted to. Some seatposts give a fairly narrow range of angles in which you can set your seat, so if you turn it the other direction, you may not be able to level your seat.

Yep, that's where I'm at.
I'd checked out the Profile Design Fast Forward and didn't like what I saw:
* $64
* More weight - 325 grams
* More of an extreme position than I might want or need
The Race Face seat is half the cost, lighter and less aggressive but I need to know if the seat angle can be tipped to a rideable position if the seat is reversed.
