I am just getting back into riding my bike after taking a year off (not sure why I did that just sort of happened).
I am going to be commuting to work (only 3.5 km - about 1.6 miles) and have enjoyed lurking here reading what everyone has to say and the tips have been great.
In Saskatoon we go from -40 C to +40 C (not sure on conversion to F) through out the year, so we will have to see when it becomes winter whether or not I will still commute or not.
My main goal is to let my wife use the car (we have a 4 year old), get some exercise and lose some weight (about 40-50 lbs).
I thought it was about time I stopped lurking around and actually contributed to what makes this fourm so great.
