What is up with the French? Just coz they can't win at their own race they make up medical excuses to disqualify everyone else? Well at this rate, in January 2009 they will be able to declare a French winner to the 2006 Tour de France...Cyril Dessel, after they have disqualified 6 amazing riders.

Because the only croissant he ever had was one of those strange, gooey/chewy, microwaved ones they serve at Burger King with a slab of sausage in it?

I think this refers to the fact the the French just accused the #2 finisher in the TdF of Doping. I don't like the idea of doping but I do think the lab is biased and reports nonFrench blood as being doped.

C'est bete.......seeing as how the tests are done blind (numbers not names)......The french press may be bias, and the french labs may be somewhat incompatent at times, but i really doubt its some grand conspiracy....as if chirac and pound (even though he's not french) sit around drinking a nice bordeaux, eating cheese and bagettes thinking up ways to get rid of the non french riders......well thats as crazy as believing the americans made it to the moon........

OP's dad/cousin/brother/uncle should've told him that Caisse D'Epargne is a French team.

The famous cartoonist R. Crumb (Fritz the Cat) moved to France from California 16 years ago. He lives in the south of France. And they really LIKE him in his little village : ). There's a profile on the Crumbs in todays NY Times.

I am assuming that you dont actually know any french and you just used an onjline translator. Online translators only get the vocabulary correct not the subject verb agreement. "Tu es fou" is a french expression that that means "you are crazy". I am sure you got something else on babbelfish, or what ever you googled it on. Since it is an expression it wont make any sense when you try to literally translate it.
No matter what you really have to say to that in your defense, at the end of the day you're still a idiot. :)
I like the French. They put on a heck of a race.

Okay. It's "je suis d'accord (the "en" isn't really wrong, it's just awkward and not what they would say.)
And, je n'ai jamais vue d'affiche ((the indefinite article, "une" becomes "de" in the negative. "Affiche" means a poster, like a billboard poster--choose a different word that would work, like "commentaire") pire (not "plus pire", that doesn't exist--it's like saying "more worse") que celle-la' (accent grave over the a).
So "Je n'ai jamais vu de commentaire pire que celui-la' "(commentaire is masculine).
You did okay, I've seen worse. :)
