I am looking for a more forward position and saw this cyclocross seatpost

My plan is to simply run my seat rails in the opposite direction and gain what looks like another two inches forward in my seating position. My only question is whether the seatpost angle is adjustable enough so that a usable seat angle can be obtained with therails going in this reverse direction.
Help, please!
