I believe I read that you can take the "Sugino" name of the RD cranks with acetone. Just wanted to double check. Anyone done this? Or, use anything else to remove the name?

Acetone sounds right to me - the logo is a silkscreen right? I heard about it used to get the logo off bulletproof cranks.

I used acetone to remove the writing on Bulletproof cranks with no problem.

The acetone took the name right off.

Sweet, thanks for the wrap-up aal. I am going to try using acetone to debadge my Tektro R200 aero levers.

the logo on the RD's rub off in less than a month, so save your money and have patience.
