No 'completed' picts yet, but my young friend sent me the final breakdown and the build list from his IH SGS-DH project yesterday. He didn't quite hit his target of staying under 1K, but he came pretty darned close considering. He told me that he ended up making some choices based more on what he actually wanted rather than just chasing the killer deal (smart kid - - my buddy raised him well :) ).

So, anyway, here's how it shakes out (click to enlarge):

Oh, guess it would have helped to repost one pict. He's using the existing AC tubular cranset/BB that came on the frame. He managed to find a five-bolt Blackspire chainring set that adapts to the AC DH crank so he can have three rings.
