Cyclist down yesterday Newport Beach?

Yesterday at about 10 or 10:30 there were a bunch of emergency vehicles on PCH and Bayside in Newport Beach and someone said there was a cyclist down. I saw someone being taken into the ambulance on a stretcher, but not sure what the accuracy of this is. Anybody know anything abot this? In any case, I hope who ever was there is doing well.

I do not know for sure, but I was driving by and saw it.
One of the cyclist mentioned that they thought it was a heart attack.
May not be accurate, but that's what they said, ( overheard them talking ).
