Slvoid is right. The first week I was on BF I queried half the names online at the time and played with bell curve. I even plotted response rate vs seniority. After 400 or so got burn-out. At first I felt that 4-5 a day would be fine then 6 then 7 then 8. held it at 8 for a while until I realized some of my posts were for numbers and not content. Now back below 6.5 and dropping.

8.84. Used to be like 15 but my posting dropped signifigantly when I became an admin. And if it included foo it would be around 10ish I image.

The old computer forum I used to frequent.....I was a big player there for about 2 1/2 years and had over 25 posts per day average, maintained over that time. Granted....90% were in their equivlaent of "foo" type of forum too though. :D

8.x and growing. I remember when I had ~6 posts per day, and it wasn't all that long ago! (I'm sub 50 posts from hitting the 5k mark)

I should mention that I am not a real human. I am just a computer program with about 30,000 aliases on here. You could say that BF is my own personal playground.

Well if the foo counted i'd say 700, but i only have about 230.
