Went from cycle touring to giving a shot at road racing. Should be interesting. any advice is welcome for a newb cat 4 :)

Please remain nice to your roots even if racing buddies sneer at others. Partly I stopped officiating local USCF races as a few of the racers and too many of the team managers kept being aggressive off of the bike.Someone has to buy the stuff the Team jerseys advertise and surprise, surprise its us sloggers.
