sorry to be blunt thats exactly the issue!

when riding on the trainer i get really sore nuts afterwoods. numbness would be a blessing! what i wanted to know is what can i do to help this issue?

ive moved the saet forward, theis seems to help but then i get sore knees. ive tried seat angle up and down, both seem to cause the issue.

can shorts have an effect on this? ive lost a fair bit of weight latley and my shorts are now looser, could that be the cause?

Buy a new pair (of shorts!:D ) and see. After loosing weight, you've already earned it!

When you're clear of traffic, reach down the front of your shorts and rearrange them (like racking up balls in pool) so they're clear of thighs, saddle, etc. Better not to do it on group rides with strangers.

Not really an issue you want to mess around with... ask Lance. See a doctor.

Try a jock strap or compression shorts. Even a saddle with a cutout in the middle. Any undue pressure you can eliminate helps.

Be sure to stand up every so often. If this only happens on the trainer, chances are you are sitting too long (since you never have much reason to stand on the trainer.)

SOLVED! Buy one of those fat gel seats. It's your trainer -- no weight concerns -- and your gonads will rejoice.

Actually just buy the gel seat COVER. Or better yet, buy mine for $10 and I'll send mine to you.
