Hey guys. I finally bought a speedometer today! What speed should I go at now. What speed do most of you stick to?
in km

Go faster than your previous average :)
Well today my average was 26.2km/hr. I think Ill stick with that and speed it up a bit. Is that a good starting average?

All push for a higher average speed. But be sure not to get to down on yourself if the course or track or road was more difficult. Especially in the case of offroading (which is why I ditched my computer) I would do one single track at 30km/hour and then jump on another the next day and go 3km/hr...big difference in terrain and steepness..once that is in perpective then try and go faster via the numbers...

Donna and I rode about 30 miles today and our average was 12.4 MPH.
