just bought a Yamaha trombone. I'm ready to get back into an old hobby. I got this one in excellent shape, no dents, and for cheeeaaaap.
On a side note, I need to get on learning some faster middle eastern rhythms on the doumbek. I can play pretty well, but I need to learn how to improvise and combine rhythms.

i played trombone in jr. high and high school
the best thing about it was that the flutes sat infront of us and we could snap their bra straps with the slide extended past 7th position....

We used to smack them in the head with the spit valve. That was a "D" note, right?
