Any book that has good information on ways for a begining cyclist (road) to set up the bike, train, exercise, what to do on rides, ways to get better, nutrition guide, information on the sport, clothing, like a big overview thats detailed? Was that just a huge run on sentence? I went to the book store and there are 412 books and I dont want to pick the bad one. Thanks
