Both of these are dallas shops.

Your post reminded me of my interest in the same quest, so I did Google search for "texas bicycle shops" and came up with this. Not perfect, but works pretty good.

Here's another one - txcyclesport.com (http://txcyclesport.com). They have stores in Dripping Springs and Booker, TX. Buy my tires from them and have been very pleased. So far every delivery has been on the day after I ordered:D
