I hate you. :(
Do you think there's a chance that they'll officially reunite...and even put out an album.? I miss Rage. I tried to get into Audioslave and even bought their first CD. But, they lost their anger and political edge without Zach.

i wasn't into their edgy lyrics. i wasn't into zach's vocal style too much either. however, that hard-driving, energetic beat and chemistry between tim commerford and brad wilk somehow was tamed in audioslave.

No they didn't. They just lost Zach's axe-grinding and dribbly lyrics. Anger doesn't necessarily equate to awesome political music, especially not when every other word is loving, delivered by a man who needs more ritalin.
Audioslave is what Rage aspired to be, and the purity of the newer rhythm section isn't a bad thing.
