FYI, I believe WADA has also asked the AFLD to wait until the USADA hearings are concluded.

What will the AFLD hearing even mean? Regardless of their findings the decision to ban Landis lies with USADA/USAC. If Landis is banned then the additional ban for French races is simply redundant. If he is cleared of the charges by the USADA then the AFLD is likely to get refuted at CAS. The whole AFLD case seems like a publicity stunt and a pathetic attempt to bolster confidence in the LNDD lab.
Regardless of the conclusion of this case professional sports (cycling specifically) are demeaned by it.
