I am considering using a tour company for my coast to coast tour. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad with Wandering Wheels in Upland, Indiana ? Thanks

I have not gone on any rides with Wandering Wheels, but I have a friend who has traveled on several of their tours, one on the southern tier and another on scooter across Route 66. They stay in churches, rather than hotels. The only problem my friend had was that it was a christian organization and frowned upon drinking. Many, many cyclists love their beer.

That would kill it for me. I don't drink much at all, but I'm not going to ride with any organization that frowns upon anyone having a grog or two. I mean: it's just none of their business.
