Question is below...
I bought my first TRI bike......

This is the bike (QR caliente) http://www.trisports.com/20qurooca1.html

Its has deep section aero rims with a Silca pump extension in the tube, its looks like this

My question is......is there some kind of device i need to buy to allow my air pump to attach to this Silca pump extension ? Its seems as if there is, but when googling, I can't seem to find what I need.

Thanks for any help

Your pump should work for that, as long as it iis a regular presta pump. My valve extensions on my wheels are simalar design to that, so it should work. It works best to put plumbing tape around the treads to seal it, and then leave the tubes valve open. Make sure you tightned it tight, which in my case is with a hex wrench not sure about yours. Hopefully that will help you out a bit.

First of all, thank you very much for your help.

I do have a pump that fits my Cannondale presta valve...............are you saying, I just clamp this over my silca extension and start pumping ?

I guess i am having trouble envisioning the mechanics of the air actually going into the tube as the extenstion looks like a hollow tube of sorts which is presumably screwed onto my tubes value stem.....

But, i'll give it a shot .

Yep, a simple presta will work fine. I "think" it just forces the unscrewed presta valve open when air is pumped in. I have used them for 2-3 years with no problems. If you still don't trust them, you can use these as long as you have a removable valve core:
