So first race already... should be in better shape that last year, will see how it goes...
interesting reading the thread on equip to take - this will be 1st race without backpack - still doing the 10 mile races so 1 water bottle should suffice - I hv a tube taped to seatpost & mini pump - but i if I get a flat that is just to get me back without walking.. a flat & yr out of the race over 10 miles...
I really do not like carrying a backpack...
