I've been looking into electrically-assisted bikes, both as a retrofit and as a purchased unit. So far the only active forum I've found is the "pwer-assist" email group on Yahoo.
Development of the devices is all over the map, from commuters with small front hub motors to cargo trikes and velomobiles and other recumbents.
Is there a forum here for e-bikes? Or, a forum where it's appropriate to post questions about modifying a bike with electic assist, etc?
