Bicycle Mechanics - Mavic Open Pro ERD?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Does anyone know the actual effective rim diameter for a 700c open pro rim? I have seen everything from 602 to 605 in various calculators and spec sheets.

I measured a 32H open pro CD in three different places with Wheelsmith rim rods. 603,602 and 602.
I don't know if Wheelsmith uses the same under-the-head nipple measurement as Sapim or DT nipples?

See this thread, http://bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=259864 there's a link and passwords to Mavic's dealer area in which you can download the tech specs of all Mavic rims. I'd do it for you, but there's a bug in my browser with handling PDF's. If you want to wait until I get to work tomorrow, I can look it up.
