Can someone date these for me? I just picked up a set of non-aero Universal branded levers, with rigid plastic or synthetic/resin handles. Has a very cool cable adjustment ring built right above the handle. Can't find anything on the web about these. They feel very nice.
Handles and hoods are black. Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

I think you would have more luck posting on the "Classic and Vintage" forum here. The regulars there know a lot about the most strange and obscure things.

I believe Squadra is Italian for "Team".
