Classic & Vintage - You've gotta see these frames!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The pinnacle of all things custom in cycling are there to see, up close & personal.
I had a great time last year, so I thought I'd give y'all the heads up!
If you're going to be in the area for any reason on those dates, definetly GO!
sorry mods, shameless plug for someone else's gig!;)
no apologies needed.
I went to the first NAHBS in Houston.
I can't wait for it to come round here again (2008? )
if y'all get a chance to see it do so, it's amazing. Probably

Oh no! How did you know I was going to TRY to get down to SJ that week, to visit with a friend in SF, and to visit me mum?
I should start booking tickets now...if I can just figure out how to get two days off in a row...my head is really hurting now...
Would the Raleigh mixte be ready if I manage it, Dr. D?

I think that should be quite do-able.
Plus, it's much more fun to hand the customer the frame in person!:D
(cyclotoine; make plans..);) ;)
and here are some pictures I took at last years show (emphasis on paint)

Thanks for the thread, Dr. D. That looks like ALMOST as much fun as Chuck Schmidt's annual VeloRetro rendezvous in Pasadena in early October. http://www.velo-retro.com/vr.html
