hi, have been reading this forum for tips and thought i'd join because it is so addictive not to mention helpful. have been riding road bikes since march 06, first with the most beautiful bike , an 06 bianchi brava.traded it for a 06 cannondale caad 8 christmas for speed, hoping to raise my 15 average this spring. LOVE to ride mtb , have really great trails in our area. the faster and harder the better!
