Depending on how it rides, I think it would be a great way to take a ride with my wife. I'm interested in how the steering & pedaling works. Can the two sides be in different gears? It looks like they could.

So the 4-person machine has come of age. Twenty one years ago I was on the DuPont Speed trials Committee and was timing record attempts in Colorado. One team had a fully faired 4-person machine, body by Pinaforina no less, and had recruited most of the US National Team track sprinters to power it. They never got it over 62 MPH on a 0.66 % downgrade.
