So, I am watching Hillary Clinton on TV and ask myself, "What is it about this woman's unimposing looks that make her so attractive to so many men today?" I mean, at work, Hillary Clinton is all the fellows ever want to talk about any more like, "oh, did you see Hillary's side profile in Newsweek? Oh, she has a figure, Boys, she can't keep that hidden- it's out there!" Or else the guys are e-mailing Hillary photos to each other taking polls to see what hair style they all like most. You know, that kind of stuff.

It is kinda funny. It is a wonder anybody gets any work done at all with all the Hillary excitement going 'round.

Anyway, it dawned on me. Hillary might actually be Shirley Partridge! That would explain a lot of things like, for example, why did they cancel The Partridge Family so abruptly without any explanation or "return of" mini-series when it was, like, the most popular television sit-com ever in the history of America? No explanation, nothing, nada???!!?? Where did Shirley Partridge go??

It would explain why Hillary is such a songbird at the Karaoke bars and why she can play the piano so well after only a few glasses of bourbon and why Hillary looks so swell in green or pink crushed velvet suits.

I think that Hillary and Shirley are one and the same and that is why Hillary is getting my vote this time around - because a vote for Hillary is a vote for Shirley and a vote for the Partridge Family! Right on, man!

Definately.

Back in the day??!!

Oh come on. Picture this scene; you are sitting at your baby grand piano and there is Hillary sitting on top of the piano all akinbo with a half empty glass of golden whiskey on ice in one hand and a long cigarette in the other. She is gazing at you with heavy eyelids half covering those sultry eyes. You play some song like "Girl from Ipanema" and she is quietly lip-sync-ing half of the words she remembers.

Once in awhile she loses her balance and falls off the piano and the two of you laugh, sometimes uncontrollably. You scoop her up and say, "silly darling, you" and put her back on the piano for another go of it.

Now, you tell me that you wouldn't go for that right now right here today! Yaa Yaaaa you would. Don't give me that "back in the day" stuff, Buster.

Hmmmm. Has anyone ever seen Shirley Jones and Hilary Clinton at the same time and place? Coincidence? I think not.

Indeed! Now, you and I are thinking the same, bikingshearer. Once you start to put your mind to it, the mystery starts to unravel, doesn't it!

I know that over the next year and half Hillary is going to be the most scrutinized woman ever! I'm already getting daily emails from my right wing wacko brother about her. Sorry for the brief PnR fooers. Didn't mean to jump on the bed in here as VV would say. ;)

You see, the difference is; Shirley Partridge doesn't make me want to stab myself in the eye with a wheel skewer.

Speaking of that and her being scrutinized, somebody had to play a clip of her singing the national anthem while on microphone. It was awful but who really gives a darn. Would they have done that to a male candidate?

Was there any wardrobe malfunction involved?
