ok so over the last 13 months ive gone from 190 (age 15) to 145 (age 16) im not looking to lose anymore weight but more im looking to lose the random the flab (no other words i can think of but i think you get it). can you guys please help me with this?
i currently run for 45mins a day do 100sit ups and abou 50 push ups. Thanks for your time. also it winter and their no way to ride and i cant afford a statinary or anthing like that. i do have a rec pass they have a track and weight room.
Is there a personal trainer at the rec center?

Congrats on dropping all that weight!
I think talking to a personal trainer at the rec center is a great idea...he can see you and will have a much better idea than any general description you can give us on line.
Weights can help with tone. Not huge weights, but high reps...

You cannot spot reduce fat. So to get rid of the excess around your stomach, you'll have to keep doing what you have been doing. Situps do not do a single thing to help get rid of stomach fat.
Simply it's calories in vs calories out. To make it more difficult you can look at the type and ammount of calories you are taking in compared to the type you are burning. Also you can incorporate timing with your cardio and diet.
I'd say keep doing what you are doing. Watch what you eat and keep doing the cardio and it will come off. This is coming from experiece. I went from 230lbs freshmen year to 165lbs at my low point.

Also to add your young and your body is still growing and changing. I would think and I don't do weights or strength training very often and I would like to would help with what you say the "flab". I have what I call is skinny fat. I'm slim but it is not toned and I have heard that takes more weight stuff. Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure you look great and just be healthy.
