People are too often overly concerned with their looks. When training for fitness, we too often look at the shape of our bodies and think, "Oh, I'm so out of shape."
But inside, if we continue our aerobic programs (like cycling), our bodies are undergoing an amazing, yet almost invisible transformation. Under construction is a giant network of "hidden roadways," namely our cardiovascular system. It is the development of this system which is the foundation of fitness.
While the outside may yet not show it, inside, the blood vessles and heart are increasing their ability to deliver life-giving energy and nutrition to the muscles and many other important parts of your body.
Keep it up, and before too long, you will be well on your way to a stronger, more energetic body! :D
