I have a Trek FX with WTB speed disk rims and a Jamis with Ritchey Aero Tour OCR rims. I was wonder which one, would be the better of the two. Thanks for any replys.

I have no feedback on the rims because I don't know anything about them, but I do have some thoughts since you're apparently considering the differences between wheels, not just rims. Wheels include hubs and spokes, and amount of dishing, and however much precision went into building them. So even if one rim is better than the other, it doesn't mean that the wheel it's on is better than the other wheel...
