Your body is a machine.

Though much modern thought centers around the human mind and spirit, as important as these are, we are not independent of our physical bodies.

If you don't already exercise aerobically, try it. Once your body begins to adapt to the new activity, you will be suprised just how much your mind and spirit will thank you for the "renovations" you are doing to their "house..."

Pete, you are the thinking machine. :D

I always enjoy your thoughtful machinations about the joys of cycling.

Is that an oxymoron? A tautology? Or, am I an oxymoron and my shorts are a tautology? Perhaps, absolutely none of this makes much sense.
