I am looking for a new seapost for my bike that has zero setback. I am looking for something light and that will take some of the road vibration out. I am currently 225lbs and considering either the Thomson Elite or Easton EC70/90. Also my seatpost diameter is 31.6 . Thanks for any help.

I don't know about the road vibration part, but I have Thompson Elite posts on 2 road bikes and 1 mtb. I've broken several posts but never had a problem with the Thompsons.

I have had no problems with the Sette Aluminium seatpost from Pricepoint. 0 setback, 2 bolt adjust and usually available in the larger sizes.
I have a Haro frame which uses the same size but due to what was laying around the shop I use a 27.2 in a shim. I begin every ride season at your weight ending the year at 200........then winter.
