Training & Nutrition - Cleanliness

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Shiney car, sharp clothes, ultra-bright teeth, clean nails and desk.
Great!
How clean are your arteries?

Hey Pete, dude, what's up man? You seem to be unusually vitriolic today
Chris
Of course I can't speak for Pete, but when I'm in that kind of mood, it's because I'm unusually realistic, not vitriolic.... :crash:
I still want to know how Pete (or anyone else) can be posting at 10:45 pm and get up early the next morning to ride to work?
I have to be in bed by 10:30  or I have a really hard time even moving the next morning, much less cycling. :)

Naw. Just as I was getting on the freight elevator from the garage, I noticed a car parked right next to it, in the same spot is always is. The tires were cleaner than brand-new, and there was not the tiniest speck of dust on the entire vehicle.
The driver of this car always dresses immaculately (the opposite of yours truly.) So far, I am amazed and in awe. But why don't people pay attention to the parts of their lives which is more important: their bodies?

If you want to be really vicious you could think of it as natural selection.

It is much easier to change what is around you, than to change what is inside you. Most people choose the path of least resistance. Sad but true.
