Fifty Plus (50+) - All Those In Favor of Dnvr as Moderator

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Raise your hands!
Post a "+1" if you think Dnvr would make a great moderator. From all who post, a name will be drawn at random and awarded a whole cyber pie -- any flavor you like.
Remember now, +1 if you want to encourage Dnvr to become a moderator. He may protest, but let's give him a little love and see if we can get him promoted! :D

You're not fooling ANYONE Marty! The gorgeous and charming women, the designer doping drugs, the gratis Colnago road bikes, the trips to France, the parties with Lance and Eddie...it's all a part of the moderator lifestyle! And that's not even taking into account the free pass on federal U.S. taxes and the unlimited use of Bill Gates' private jet. I actually believe that you're willing to turn over the reigns to DnvrFox for no other reason than to drive him straight into an early grave, thus eliminating him from any further competition...
I thought Dnvr already was the moderator. But seriously +1

DG - I thought you were leaving! Please!
Nope, no way. I have a lot on my plate right now. No thanks.
To me, the most reasonable and thoughtful person around is Cross Chain. I have a tendency to "fly off of the handle" a bit. You really wouldn't want that!

Good choice.
FWIW: As far as I am concerned we don't have a problem with the current moderators, despite the fact that some of you got your feathers a little ruffled recently. I am sure it is a thankless job and we should be glad someone is doing it.

Yeah. Webb Diego has a fair bit of experience policing cesspools like this one.
I just don't know. Even good ol' Dnvr could lose it being harbored up under this winter's blanket for so long.

I have officially been approached and officially said "No."
I REALLY am not a good moderator type. I do much better at promoting ideas and getting things going. You need someone reasonable, cautious, fair, respected, moderate, thoughtful!

Nothing against Denver, I think he's great, but is this an election? Who's the current monitor? Who else is interested?
I haven't worried about who moderates anything on 50+ or anywhere else on BF, but as long as it's a question, what am I voting for?

I certainly don't mean to hijack this thread, Dnvr would make an excellent Mod, but has anyone else noticed that since DG's knee and back have been keeping him off the bike, he's been suggesting organized rides at twice the rate he did before being temporarily disabled?
