Can't tell from the pics. Could be a total heap. Even so, if it's an honest sale, that's cheap for a usable 520. I paid $550 for a mint condition 1998 last year, fully rack'd and fendered with a nearly new Brooks saddle and salmon KoolStops.

Looks fairly decent to me, I'd say it's at least worth looking at in person if you're close enough.
