I am a member of a college Bike Co-op. we are interested in purchasing a bunch of custom embroidered cycling caps, to be given away as a race promotion. All i've been able to find so far is a site at 15 bucks a piece. I'm not sure where exactly to ask this, but does anyone know of a good place to get some cheap blank cycling caps?

Try a local silk screener. I sourced a bunch of plain white cycling caps through one of them. They can probably decorate them for you at a pretty fair price if you're doing a decent sized batch too. My project was 15 years ago however and cycling caps have fallen a little out of style since then. Still worth a couple of phone calls.
