anybody know who makes a hardtail frame for 80mm/100mm front suspension travel, ~19 seat tube and ~25 top tube? or am i looking at custom?

The Trek 8000 XL (21.5") comes with a 25" top tube. Mated with a long travel fork, you might get a good HT combo.
edit: Trek 8000 L (19.5") has a 24.6" top tube.
The Trek 6700 shares this geometry if you're on a budget.

Closest I see is the LITESPEED PISGAH it is a 19.5 seat tube and a 24.3 top tube... And the Tomac Buckshot is a 19 seattube and a 24.13 top tube.. Saw these both at JensonUSA.
