I dont want to see your ****ing complaining about how the bears sucked tonight!!! most of you didnt even watch the season, or really have **** to say when we made it to the playoffs. Then we made it to super bowl, and all of the sudden all these heads come out of the woodwork to show enthusiasm to something they really dont care much about, its all a bunch of bull****!!

I dont know much about formations or all of the rules, or let alone most of the lineups of other teams, but at least I watched the season and really cared about the Bears.

Its the same story about the Sox, Cubs and the Bulls. Only the real fans watch and pay attention to the season and what teams are actually doing. Every time a Chicago team does something everyone jumps on board to claim their love for a team, but most of the time its all bull ****. i bet most people posting **** about the Bears, or any team for that matter, doesnt even know 1/3 of any lineup or know anyhitn about the team.

Sports events in our times has grown into a media and consumer frenzy. Now its more of a fad, or a way to fit into culture to claim a favorite team, especially in playoff or championship games.

basically, ALL YOU BANDWAGON HEADS CAN SUCK A BIG ONE!!

but i must say, most people here seem genuine about everyhting said. BTW, this is not aimed at anyone, Im just venting my frustrations about Chicago fans, which I am myself

Honestly, I don't care for either team, but a) couldn't pull for the Colts, and b) when I have no particular favorite, I pull for the NFC team. My Panthers are in the NFC, as are the other two teams I once followed avidly: Falcons (in the day, they were our closest pro football team), and Cowboys through the 70's and into the 80's, before I went die-hard GritzBlitz. Once the Panthers came to Charlotte, I knew I had to support them. Couldn't follow them very closely this past year or so, but I will follow them again this fall. I have a friend with season tickets who told anytime I wanna go, she'll take me.

So, sorry, liv rong, that I didn't follow the Bears this season, or anyone else for that matter. I was preoccupied. But I did pick 'em for tonight. "Go NFC!" I always say. :)
