I've been running a set of FSA Vigorelli cranks for about a year now. A few weeks ago I noticed a slight pop when first applying pressure on the cranks. I wrote to FSA, sent them the crankset, and now they're shipping me out a brand new set of Carbon Pro cranks!

Excellent customer service from FSA!

I LOVE the look of those cranks! The solid carbon spider is soooo dreamy!

Its nice that FSA can call customers back, but not they're dealers who spend thousands of dollars per year.

FSA stays off my bikes.

The cranks shouldn't have had the issue in the first place....

a friend of mine had the same problem with his vigorelli crankset. FSA has just been ignoring him, as far as i know. I have a feeling that that's a rather prevalent problem with those cranks.

Yeah those cranks were discontinued because they were pieces of crap and had tons of problems.
