I am soooo freakin' sick...Bronchitis and I think the Flu....even my Eyes ache :(
It's a gorgeous Day and I'm stuck inside..but...I think I'll get the MTB out later and ride up to the Coffee Shop...

Maybe I'll get a Vente Theraflu!! :D :D

I feel you, I was sick for a month solid and only got on the bike 3 days during that time.

I am not sick,but I have to sit in boring lecture. I know it's not the same as being sick. I have not touched my bike for 3 weeks at least.

The worst part for me is that I went through this for 5 weeks...last Sunday was supposed to be my first time back in the Saddle...I felt fine at first but just died....I had to cut the ride short unfortunately and to be honest...the last ten miles I just wanted to get off the Bike and lay on the Grass :(

first ride when I tried riding when I was sick, I couldn't breath for jack crap then my camelbak straw failed so I had NO water while on the trails. It was prolly one of the worst days I had on the bike in a very long while. After that I laid off the bike for a good 2 weeks before trying again, felt better on that one, then went fishing at 5am the next day and got sicker and that kept me off the bike for another week. Built up my SS during that week and the 3rd ride I felt OK. The following week I managed to ride a century. Kinda forced myself to do that though. It's tough when you're sick, somedays you can prolly get away with a small ride, some days you just want to lay in bed.

Since about Thanksgiving I've had one illness or another, Flu, nasty cold and now a respiratory infection. I've missed all kinds of riding too.

Something is going around and it isn't nice. Go to the doctor's, just to be sure it doesn't develop into something worse.
