Hi ! Fred here, I've been a biker for about 40 years but only started self contained solo bike touring 2 years ago and love it. I'm planning a solo ride the length of New Hamphire and possible up into Quebec City then down the west side of Maine to Conway N H and back to my car. If any one has suggestions or comments I'd like to hear them.

I'll try again at my intro. Fred is the Name. Been riding about 40 years current ride of 5 years is a Trek 520 and is a great touring bike. I've done 2 self contained solo rides the last 2 years and prior did supported group tours with the WinchesterWheelman in Winchester Va. Looking forward to getting new ideas from forum.
